SAFE
We build homes that are inherently safe. We routinely go above and beyond building code requirements. For example, stair treads being made as deep as possible, and building into the design as few as possible step-ups. Basically making the house as user friendly as possible.

HEALTHY
Our homes are built to very high standards in all regards, but especially when it comes to sealing the building envelope. A properly sealed building creates a controllable environment that promotes indoor air quality. Coupled with high performance heating and air conditioning equipment, a very comfortable atmosphere is achieved, reducing the possibility of outdoor pollutants, allergens and mold.

DURABLE
We are adamant about using no or low maintenance materials and products. All exterior doorjambs and moldings are either wrapped with pre-painted aluminum or are vinyl. In fact, all exterior trim pieces are durable low or no maintenance products. Inside and out, materials and processes are used that promote the longevity and low maintenance of the home.

QUALITY MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Our past work speaks for itself. The last thing we want is to have a call from a customer about a problem. To this end we use the NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines for a base reference. We do routinely exceed those guidelines for our own quality acceptance.

ON BUDGET
We are fully committed to staying within the budget. Any changes to the budget will be documented and signed by the homeowner and the builder as soon as they are known. Feel free to check with past customers; we are proud of keeping on top of this important issue and not surprising anyone after the fact.
