Your new home will be built to U.S. EPA Energy Star® Specifications. What does this mean to the homeowner? This means your home is built with methods and materials that make it use less energy than most other homes. In fact on average, Energy Star® homes use as much as 30% less energy, which translates into a lifetime of continuous savings on energy bills.

To be certified, your home will be inspected and tested by a third party verification organization. This guarantees that your home is built to these higher standards.

You may also qualify for certain tax credits. Some lenders also offer mortgage incentives for those building an Energy Star® home.
